This is a field position. A brief job description is as follows:
- Superior customer service skills required
- Park in a safe area and check for PP&E on field laborers
- Delegate property assignments to crew members
- Identify detailed area
- Train crew members on field techniques
- Identify property needs, service calls or enhancements
- Check irrigation / management
- Perform quality check of detailed areas
- Minor repairs / report emergencies
- Time cards
Requirements are as follows:
- Superior customer service skills required
- C1 Applicator License from the Dept. of Agriculture
- Plant health knowledge including, but not limited to, insects, disease & fertilizing treatments
- 3 years experience preferred
