Customer Care Center
In an effort to provide excellent service, BILMAR Landscape Industries would like to introduce to all customers our Customer Care Center. The Customer Care Center was designed to produce an immediate response for all service call needs. The Customer Care Center will not replace your Account Manager, but instead give you an alternate option for immediate assistance. With the newly installed technology, dispatching concerns and observations (Ex: irrigation leaks) to the correct employee is quicker and more accurate. Our goal is to make your job easier! All feedback regarding this new system will be greatly appreciated. During normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm), all service call issues/observations (ex: water leaks) should be emailed or called in to our Customer Care center for an immediate response at: 702-596-1601 If the service call is being placed after hours, it must be called in to 702-596-1601 to ensure proper dispatch. If the service call is emailed after hours, it will not be responded to until the following business day. |
